Alex is a highly articulate and confident speaker and has the ability to tailor her experiences as an athlete to any audience.  She has an incredible story to tell from being part of the team that won Gold at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games to suffering personal injury set backs, including a freak accident in 2018 that left her with a mild traumatic brain injury that would go on to force her to take the difficult decision to retire from international hockey in 2020.
