COACHING
Alex has spent her career in front of goal and is passionate about working with young people and adults to develop their skills, mindset and tenacity in and around the circle. Alex thoroughly enjoys running Goal Scoring and Circle coaching clinics for:
• Schools
• Clubs (Adults and Juniors)
• 1 to 1
The sessions can range in ages and abilities and will be tailored to the needs of each group. They will always be fun and challenging with an emphasis on technical excellence and exploration as Alex passionately believes this is the best environment for learning. She will also deliver a talk about the highs and lows of International Hockey and all the lessons and skills she has learnt over her 18 year career.
